Dance.. just like music is the crown of sound, dance is the crown of movement in my view. My first contact with Sensitive Dance was about 8 years ago and it was love at first.. move. Contemporary dance fascinated me from my childhood, seeing performances on TV, but there was no such offer in my hometown, neither shows, nor trainings. So when I got to start practicing Sensitive Dance new horizons opened up and it filled me with joy, and when I did my first improvisation the flow of movement touched me so deeply that tears of ecstasy were pouring down my cheeks. I find the descipline as a sort of non-combative kung-fu, as one needs to build strength and gain a solid command over their body-mind-emotion, while the contact becomes creative, rather than destructive.
I also love jazz and find improvisation to be one of the most powerful musical expressions. As such, for me the free improvised dialogue between sound and movement is the royal highway to pure joy and ecstasy.
Tanz… Genauso wie Musik die Krone der Klänge ist, ist Tanz meiner Meinung nach die Krone der Bewegungen. Mein erster Kontakt mit Sensitive Dance war vor etwa acht Jahren, und es war Liebe auf den ersten… Schritt. Zeitgenössischer Tanz faszinierte mich schon seit meiner Kindheit, als ich Aufführungen im Fernsehen sah, aber in meiner Heimatstadt gab es kein solches Angebot, weder Shows noch Trainings. Als ich dann mit Sensitive Dance begann, eröffneten sich mir neue Horizonte, die mich mit Freude erfüllten, und als ich meine erste Improvisation machte, berührte mich der Bewegungsfluss so tief, dass mir Tränen der Ekstase über die Wangen liefen. Ich empfinde diese Disziplin als eine Art nicht-kämpferisches Kung-Fu, da man Kraft aufbauen und eine solide Kontrolle über Körper, Geist und Emotionen erlangen muss, während der Kontakt eher kreativ als destruktiv wird.
Ich liebe auch Jazz und finde, dass Improvisation eine der kraftvollsten musikalischen Ausdrucksformen ist. Daher ist für mich der freie improvisierte Dialog zwischen Klang und Bewegung der Königsweg zu purer Freude und Ekstase.
